Terms & Conditions For Group Reservations
Reservation Conditions
Menus available for reservations of 12 or more people.
The same menu must be chosen for everyone.
The desired menu, and each person options, according to each menu own characteristics, must be informed up to 5 days prior to the event.
The time policy is arrival until up to 30 minutes after the reservation time.
Unlimited drinks, available on some menus, are served during the service between the beginning of the meal and dessert.
The reservations is deemed confirmed after an advance payment is made.

Exclusive Events Conditions
There can be exclusive events, with exclusive occupancy of the room, for reservations of 30 or more people.
A technical visit to the room can be scheduled.
Groups with less than 30 people can have exclusive access to the room for €249,90.

Payment Conditions
The prices include VAT.
Extra charges will be made for people exceeding the confirmed number in the reservation.
We reserve the right to charge the value related to no shows.
The meal should be paid before the beginning of service.
An advance payment of 10% of the estimated reservation value is required or of 30% for exclusive events.

Canceling Conditions
For non exclusive events:

Up to 5 days prior to the event: 100% refund;

Up to 3 days prior to the event: 50% refund;

Less than 3 days to the event: no refund available.
For exclusive events:

Up to 15 days to the event: 100% refund;

Up to 10 days of the event: 50% refund;
